Mike Rapier has twenty five years of experience in the converting and printing industries. He began his career in converting of paper products with Maxwell Paper Products of Dallas, TX as the General Manager in 1993 directing the Phoenix AZ operation. After 8 years as the GM, he was given the opportunity to buy the Phoenix plant and thus Liberty Paper Products LLC was born. Mike’s core responsibilities with Liberty Greenleaf is growth and profitability, working with the sales team and operations to realize the full potential. Mike has a BA from Wabash College and a MBA from the University of Phoenix.
John H. Conway
John graduated from Canisius College with a B.S. in accounting, later being certified as a C.P.A. in New York State. He was in public accounting for over seven years with two national firms. He has over thirty years experience as a CFO in various industries, with a concentration of over twenty years in converting and printing. John’s principled leadership has led to great efficiencies in all the organizations he has been involved with. Trained as a computer auditor, he also brings a sound knowledge of IT and ERP platforms, which greatly aids in accomplishing corporate efficiencies. John relocated from Buffalo, New York in May of 2017 to join the Liberty Greenleaf management team.
Gregg Mosby Jr.
Much of Gregg’s youth was spent working on the production floor for Greenleaf Paper during summer breaks from high school and college. His formal career began in 2002 selling small rolls and eventually managing several departments until he was promoted to President in 2011. Gregg functioned in that role until the acquisition to form Liberty Greenleaf. He transitions into the role of COO focusing on operational efficiencies and supporting the growth of the company. Gregg played baseball and graduated from the University of California-Riverside with a BS degree in Business Administration. Gregg is married with two daughters and a son, enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his children’s sporting activities, attending sporting events and working.
VP of New Business Development
Luke serves as Vice President of Business Development with a core focus on driving growth through new and existing product lines, new sales channels and acquisitions. Luke began his converting career in 2011 as an Account Executive for Liberty Paper helping to double revenues within 3 years. In 2015, Luke’s role expanded to include running the day to day operations of Liberty Paper and supporting the subsequent transactions leading to the formation of Liberty Greenleaf. Luke has a BA from Wabash College.
VP of Sales
Chris moved into the paper converting industry in 1989, and eventually joined Greenleaf Paper in 1996 as the company’s first sales person and became Marketing Manager in 2004, where he had responsibility for guiding the company’s sales and marketing direction. Chris was named Vice President of Sales of Greenleaf in 2011 and continues in that role for Liberty Greenleaf leading our outside sales representatives, business development personnel and growing territory sales. Chris has been married for 30 years and has two daughters. He is a volunteer for Special Olympics of Orange County and is an avid mountain biker. Chris has a BS from Cal State Fullerton.
VP of Operations
Jody majored in Accounting Management at Glendale Community College and Lamson School of Business. She joined the company in January of 2006, she serves as Vice President of Operations. Jody will continue in that role with Liberty Greenleaf focusing on operational efficiencies and supporting the growth of the company. Jody has been married for 38 years, has 3 adult children and enjoys spending time with her 4 grandchildren. In her spare time she’s an avid off-road and motorcycle race enthusiast and enjoys volunteering time each year to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Fund Walk and Sojourner Centers of Phoenix.
